Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility We accept returns within:

14 days of delivery for customers in the European Union

30 days of delivery for customers in the United States and other regions

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty and skincare products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  1. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

However, this right does not apply to:

Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (including opened cosmetics and skincare products)

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Dewbe is not responsible for lost return shipments.
